CI+D is a catalyst for progress—collaborating with
faculty, staf, and community stakeholders to
rethink higher education and prepare students and
society for the rapid advancements shaping our
world. Our courses are ofered in a mix of online and
in-person formats and provide students with skills
that immediately make them more employable and
efective in their workplaces and beyond.

Digital Innovation + Design Degree
The Bachelor of Arts in Digital Innovation and Design
(DI+D) is a degree for the 21st century. Designed with
stackable certifcates and rich professional credentials,
this program is tailored to cultivate the human skills
essential for navigating and excelling in the dynamic
digital landscape.
Our Certificates
CI+D ofers both majors and certifcates. Students in
other majors can add CI+D certifcates to their major
and instantly gain skills that are especially attractive

CI+D students also have incredible access to free
extracurricular activities that are fun, engaging, and
make important connections for their future careers:
Venture College: Venture College is an entrepreneurial
incubator that supports the business ambitions
of students and the campus community. Ofering
hands-on training, mentorship, and unique startup
experiences, the program is designed to empower
participants to discover their entrepreneurial passion
and bring innovative ideas to fruition.
Esports: Boise State Esports provides scholarships,
enhances STEM skills, and supports student success.
With a state-of-the-art training and broadcast center,
the team excels in collegiate gaming, showcasing skill,
strategy, and sportsmanship on the virtual blue turf.
Onramp: Onramp supports underrepresented learners
in technology and empowers Idaho educators. The
program drives workforce development by blending
community, creativity, and coding to shape Idaho’s
future workforce.
